Can we create our own menu?

Of course! The menus detailed in this brochure are not set in stone, we are more than happy to build something bespoke.

Is there an opportunity to do a tasting?

Yes! Once you have secured your date with us and paid a deposit, we can book you in for a tasting of your chosen menu. We hold tastings at our base in Birkdale, Southport and will endeavor to accommodate a tasting on a date that suits us both. We present the dishes to you as they will be served on the day.

A number of my guests have dietary requirements, what do we do about them?

Dietary requirements are no problem at all. We will cater for all dietaries individually.

When does everything for my booking have to be finalised and submitted by?

We need everything including; final numbers, table plan, dietary requirements and payment to be with us 6 weeks prior to the date.

What does the service charge cover?

The service charge includes all standard crockery, cutlery, premium disposable napkins, kitchen set up, staffing and event break down.

Can you help me with the timings for my day?

Yes, we can help build a timeline to ensure that your day runs smoothly and each element has enough time allocated.

When will you set up for our day?

The day before unless we can gain access before that, we will plan this with you and your venue.
